View shared work
Navigate a read-only shared graph and branch it into your own account when allowed.
A shared conversation opens in a public, read-only viewer. Visitors can navigate the shared graph and inspect paths without access to the owner’s account or original workspace.
Navigate shared work#
Select a graph node to open the path leading to it. Whole-graph shares expose the captured alternatives; branch shares contain one ancestor path. The viewer displays answer content, web citations, included generated images, and failure or context-only states that were preserved in the snapshot.
The public copy intentionally omits owner-only controls, private account metadata, uploaded source-file access, and internal identifiers that are not needed for the viewer experience.
Sign in or sign up#
Visitors can read without an account. The viewer offers Sign in and Sign up actions for people who want to create their own editable copy.
Branch to your workspace#
When a signed-in member views a link that allows branching:
- Select the endpoint to copy.
- Choose Branch to my workspace.
- Convography copies the selected shared lineage into a new conversation owned by that member.
- The member is redirected to the new conversation and can continue independently.
Included shared images are copied into the new owner’s file storage when available. The new conversation does not stay synchronized with the source or public link.
Unavailable links#
A viewer receives an unavailable message when the token is invalid, expired, revoked, or the snapshot can no longer be read. Ask the owner for a new link. Do not send the old token to anyone except trusted support through an approved channel.
Evaluate shared content#
Sharing does not certify an answer. Check cited web pages, distinguish user prompts from model output, and confirm decisions with the source owner. A shared snapshot can also become outdated even before its seven-day link expires.
