Create your account

An account keeps your conversations, graph structure, files, shared links, usage mode, and subscription state together. Sign-up and account recovery are available from the authentication screens.

Create an account#

1. Select Start free on the Convography website.
2. Enter the requested account details and choose a password.
3. Complete any email verification shown for your environment.
4. Review and accept the beta welcome terms before entering the workspace.
5. Choose Auto or Simple when the setup screen asks how you want to use models.

Auto is the suggested starting point. You can change the usage mode later under Account settings → Models & Providers.

Sign in#

Use the email address and password attached to the account. After authentication, Convography restores your conversation list and opens the workspace. If a long-idle session can no longer be refreshed, the app asks you to retry or sign in again instead of treating the stale session as current.

Reset a forgotten password#

1. Open the sign-in page and choose the password-recovery option.
2. Enter your account email.
3. Enter the verification code delivered by email.
4. Choose a new password and confirm it.

Passwords created through account settings or recovery must be at least 12 characters. Recovery codes and reset tokens are time-bound; request a new code if the current one expires.

If an email does not arrive, check the address carefully, inspect spam or junk folders, wait a few minutes, and then retry once. Contact support@convography.com if delivery continues to fail.

Accept the beta welcome#

The beta welcome appears after authentication until its terms are accepted. It explains current access and records acceptance on the account. You cannot bypass this screen by opening a saved workspace URL.

The intro tutorial starts after setup when model access is ready. You can dismiss it and replay it later from the settings menu or Account settings.

Sign out securely#

Open the workspace settings menu and choose Sign out, or use the sign-out action in Account settings. On a shared device, close the browser after signing out and avoid saving the password in a profile other people use.
