Tutorials & tips
Replay the intro and use contextual tips to learn in the workspace.
Convography teaches the graph progressively: a guided intro explains the workspace, while contextual tips appear around relevant actions as you use them.
Intro tutorial#
The intro uses a prepared conversation to demonstrate:
- the conversation pane and conversation management;
- the graph canvas, pan, zoom, branches, and node selection;
- the docked chat pane and composer controls;
- sharing a whole graph or current branch;
- the settings menu and where to continue learning.
Tutorial copy adapts to the mobile layout, including double-tap node behavior and the separate Chat and Graph views.

Start or replay the intro#
The intro starts after initial setup when model access is ready. To replay it later:
- Open the workspace settings menu and choose the replay action, or open Account settings.
- Choose Replay intro tutorial.
- Wait while Convography prepares the tutorial conversation.
- Follow the highlighted steps in the workspace.
Replaying creates or restores tutorial state; it does not remove ordinary conversations.
Dismiss and resume#
You can exit the tutorial when you need the normal workspace. Progress is stored so the experience does not behave like an untracked overlay. Replay it from settings when you want to start the guided sequence again.
Contextual tips#
Tips are short, dismissible explanations triggered by eligible product actions. They cover advanced behavior after the main tutorial, such as branch operations, sharing, or composer features. The system records which tips were shown or dismissed so the same hint does not interrupt every session.
Tips are assistance, not modal requirements. Dismiss one after you understand it and use the documentation for the complete workflow.
If the tutorial cannot start#
The setup screen waits for a sendable model. If it says model access is temporarily unavailable, open Models & Providers, refresh once, and contact support if access does not recover. The tutorial cannot demonstrate a send step without an available route.
